Design and implementation of web audio and video transmission monitoring

Aiming at the current website´s audio and video files´ problems that it´s difficult to monitor and statistics files are spread scope, time, and be pirated and so on, the paper analyzed the basic principle of Windows media rights management and designed solutions that can dynamically authorize according to the consumer requirement and monitored by the issuer. It not only meet monitoring requirements and the consumers´ various demands of digital media files, but also effectively protect the profits of content owners and content issuers.
