Abstract :
This paper describes the application of commercial internetworking technology for use in providing a framework for a Tactical Internet. This Tactical Internet will be implemented for forward echelon units of the US Army. The Tactical Internet will allow for seamless data communications across multiple echelons and disparate communications systems
