Abstract :
As competition among corporations intensified product life cycle is becoming shorter than ever before. Therefore corporations have to develop new product to survive in the increased competitive market. However, to what degree knowledge of corporation research and development department (R&D) should be shared is the main reason that restricts a corporation´s ability to develop new product. Through analyzing the importance of knowledge sharing (KS), this paper proposes an evolutionary game model. On the basis of the evolutionary game model, the reasons why KS is hard are found.
