With the development of the high school, there are more and more accounting business to be treated in finance department. While due to limit of financial management staff onboard, it is very hard for teachers and students to account in time. They have to spend much time on accounting, which disturbs their works and studies. In order to overcome these shortcomings in accounting process, we propose a scheme for the design of accounting appointment system in this paper. By optimizing queueing mode in accounting, the time spending on accounting can be saved greatly.
