Problem Statement: As we all know, cement industry is one of the high-pollution industries. With the increasing production of Chinese cement industry in recent years, the emission of waste also increase. So sustainable development is a significant part of Chinese cement industry. Approach: This paper collects the data of Chinese cement industry of 30 years from 1979 to 2010, and use the Principal Component Analysis and Factor Analysis to analyse the present situation of sustainable development of Chinese cement industry. Results: According to the output of the SPSS, we get the trend of sustainable development element and restrictive element of cement industry. Conclusion: Comparing the 2 elements, we can see the Chinese cement industry has taken on a trend of sustainable development since 2010.
