Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

University students are very valuable asset of the motherland, and they are the future of motherland, the hope of nation. The identifications of the university students to the motherland, the Chinese nation, Chinese culture and the socialism road of Chinese characteristics are related to the construction of well-to-do society in China and the realization of Chinese Renaissance. The meaning of the four identifications and the joint forces system of the college ideological and political education are explained in this paper, and the main identification system of the college ideological and political education, the joint forces system of the content, operating system of the forces based on four identifications are constructed. These may provide realistic references for the ideological and political education of universities.
