The paper studies regulator (government) supervision and firms competition behavior in Chinese farm produces market, using countermeasure analysis method of mixed strategy Nash Equilibria and basic principal of game theory. Suggestion to supervision improvement of farm produces is made after detailed and thorough study on two participants of the game.
