Abstract :
Recently, various social circles are paying special attention to the great tourism festival activities about the ritual for worshiping the ancestor in Yellow Emperor´s hometown. The success of the rituals fully showed the advantageous tourist resources in Henan, promoted the culture of Yellow emperor, inherited the historical culture, enriched the tourism culture. Some innovative suggestions have been made pointing at the problem that can exist in the ritual to reach the branding and marketing operation and to provide the development of tourism festival in china with a new mode.
