Decision standards study on prediction technology methods

The authors made a deep research on the standards of prediction technology method decision (PTMD), basing on the fund project standard research on prediction and PTM. The paper included four parts: decision standard of predicting, decision-making process study on predicting, analysis on the rationality of decision standards study on the prediction technology methods, modelling of predicting problem and prediction methods, which was made up of four parts: predicting problem research, PTM research, function research on predicting problem and PTM, PTMD research, and PTMD logic process system research.
