Abstract :
The preferences of different stakeholders of brownfield redevelopment project in China are analyzed by means of ANOVA. The results of ANOVA indicate that the different stakeholders have the same opinion on the importance of the four dimensions of Social and Economic, Financial and Accounting, Environmental and Health and Prospective Value, even though there are some different opinions on the importance of certain dimensions within certain groups of stakeholders. All these results have important value for policy-making.
