Title :
Plans for development of Pulkovo cooperation of optical observers

Abstract :
The works on new optical network creation were started in 2001. After few stages of modernization, Pulkovo cooperation [1] collaborates with the 11 observatories of the Former Soviet Union (FSU) to conduct out the observations of space debris. About 90,000 measurements for space objects along the GEO arc of 340.9deg allowed to find 288 unknown GEO objects and to fix their orbital elements. The plans for development on 2007-2008 include the upgrade of the existing telescopes and producing of series of the telescopes dedicated for fast surveillance. Few specialized subsystems for observations of space objects with different size and orbits will be arranged -for the cataloguing of the bright objects at GEO and HEO orbits, for searching and tracking of faint objects and for the more precise orbit determination of LEO objects.
