Knowledge Management is defined as managing people, processes, and technology, however, the concrete combination of Human Resource Management and Knowledge Management is hardly examined. This paper presents the concept of Electronic Human Resource Management as an integral Knowledge Management part, discusses how Electronic Human Resource Management works.
