Abstract :
In order to solve some problems of basic DEA model´s linear efficiency frontier, a new DEA model is put forward based on CD production function. First, input-output relation is expressed by CD production function and linear transform is done. Second, the object function and restriction condition function are structured according to principle of DEA efficiency survey. Finally, DEA efficiency is evaluated by parameter estimation, and monotonicity of DMU´s scale benefit, superscale of input and shortfall of output are counted. The results of empirical analysis indicate that the new DEA model has some advantages.
