Abstract :
A simple procedure is suggested to find the corrected radiation pattern of a test antenna measured in a low-cost range. The technique depends upon sampling the electric field in the test area and recording the radiation pattern of the test antenna. A signal processing technique using the fast Fourier transform (FFT) is applied to extract the true radiation pattern. The technique gives good results in the main lobe.<>
