After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The Work Study is the most important basic technique in IE. This paper applies the method of Work Study to B Company for analyzing the production process in order to find out the bottleneck where the production efficiency is low, and then to improve the process flow. In comparison with the former process, the production efficiency was improved greatly.
