    In recent years, climate change has become a hot issue around the world, for many, particularly the forest had an important impact. Future global warming will continue, extreme weather events increase in frequency and intensity, and thus many aspects of China´s forestry development of the impact. Forestry in mitigating climate change has an important role and special status. Heilongjiang Province is a province of forestry, forestry accounts for a significant proportion of the national economy, in order to achieve the province´s rapid economic and social development, we must attach importance to forestry research on climate change. This paper reviews recent climate change in Heilongjiang Province and forestry development, review of climate change on the impact of forestry development in Heilongjiang Province, combined with forestry development in our province, raised the future of our province forestry basic measures to address climate change.
