Abstract :
Most E-business take the traditional distribution as cooperating with the third-party logistics, which could lower the cost but make the company risk more. Such as they could accelerat the delivery speed but couldn´t control the attitude of the delivery man. A Chinese E-business corporation innovates “procurement service” distribution model to solve the problem effectively. This article will introduce the workflow of the company firstly, then analysize the innovated distribution model and conclude the significance to all B2C E-business companies. The whole paper will take the cooperation of the Chinese E-business and a high school as example.
