Abstract :
The problem connected with multimedia systems deals mainly in software management of host systems. The need to guarantee the execution of the tasks involved in multimedia makes the RTOS the correct environment to work in. But the peculiarities of multimedia tasks need some modification, mainly in scheduling algorithms. A proposal of one scheduling algorithm is presented
