Abstract :
An integrated transceiver for DECT application is presented which fully meets the ETSI approval tests. The receiver chain includes most of the main functional blocks from the image rejection mixer to the data slicer for the base-band signal. The transmit chain processes the input data up to the pre-power amplifier. Integrated VCOs and voltage regulators are also available. The circuit was fabricated in a high performance 20-GHz silicon bipolar technology. The internal power supply is 2.8 V
