Abstract
The opportunities of using the Global Positioning System and radio translucence method for monitoring the Earth ionosphere during the influence of the anthropogenic factor are discussed It is shown that the radio translucence method allows to control successfully the state of the electronic density maximum during the earthquakes. The influence of the earthquake on ionospheric parameters is considered with the help of the radio translucence method and GPS data.
