Abstract :
The paper mainly research on the performance of the application of P-Aloha in underwater acoustic network. The OPNET-based modeling of the underwater acoustic channel of the underwater acoustic network is first presented in the paper, and the P-Aloha protocol is also modeled. The different performance of the protocol in underwater and atmospheric wireless environment is compared in the simulation results. The performance of protocol in underwater acoustic network is improved by setting the optimal propagation delay parameter.
