Abstract :
A programming environment, designed to be easy-to-learn and easy-to-use, is presented. A simple kernel supplies type-independent facilities. Data types come as extension modules that plug into the core library; similarly data-processing modules increase the functionality of their respective type modules. An image-display widget takes full advantage of Pacco´s image processing library to supply an ideal environment for the development of computer vision applications
