Abstract :
Operating a commercial multi-client / multi-mission ground station network implies handling services for several clients at the same sites, and to a large degree, with the same equipment. The commercial network operator wants to be able to service commercial, as well as agencies and military, customers. Dual- use systems even have users with different security requirements when handling the same satellite. For this to work, flexibility is needed. But can the increasing demands of high security be met in a multi-mission network?
