Abstract :
It is shown that wavelet transform of UWB (ultrawideband) radar signals at different scales can be used to identify the geometrical features of target scattering components. The number of scatters and their location, and the geometry of each scatterer are parameters that can be estimated from the wavelet representation of the target impulse response.<>
