Abstract :
The authors present a novel flat antenna consisting of a disk loaded monopole and a notch array for mobile telephone. To obtain a small correlation coefficient between the notch array and the disk loaded monopole antenna, two feed circuits are proposed for the notch array. The correlation coefficient between ring patch and notch antenna of less than 0.1 is small enough for diversity branches.<>
