Abstract
A control system for constant air pressure supplying is introduced. The main parts of control system are inverter, PLC, touch panel and air pressure sensor, there are two kind of working modes provided here—single motor running mode and multi-motor mode, no matter in which situation a motors are driven by inverter during starting up, in working period, PLC send out control signal to inverter for driving motor running at a specific speed according to real-time air pressure sampled with sensor. detailed realizing method are introduced practical running manifests that this system has opportunities o fast response speed, high control accuracy and strong robustness final variation of air pressure is limited into a range of ±2KPa.
