Abstract :
We report, for the first time to our knowledge on the implementation of microwave photonic filters with an arbitrary number of positive and negative coefficients using phase inversion in a SOA based XGM wavelength converter. A 5 tap filter is experimentally demonstrated featuring tunability and reconfigurability
