Abstract :
A single-crystal copper wire continuous casting monitoring system is developed in Kingview6.53. Main hardware is Industrial Personal Computer (IPC), AL808 instrument, and 80C51 micro control unit (MCU). The software is Kingview6.53. Make use of communication protocol of AL808, a serial communication of IPC and 80C51 MCU has been realized. The new method of Remote communication of IPC and multi MCU and AL808 has been given with a serial interface.
