Abstract :
Aero engine industry must have the ability of rapid response to adapt the vagaries of international aero power market. This paper presents the aero engine rapid response collaborative design and manufacturing system platform and its structural framework at first. Three key issues, such as aero engine design and manufacturing collaborative pattern based on federation, flow modeling for rapid response collaborative design and manufacturing, design and manufacturing data transformation in collaborative process, are discussed emphatically in the context. Based on Global IMAN system, aero engine rapid response collaborative design and manufacturing platform is built, and collaborative design and manufacturing of the compressor for a key type aero engine between distributed design institute and manufacturing enterprise is realized, so the correctness and effectiveness of this technology are verified at last.
