  • Abstract
    How to get rid of the cumulative errors of the cross seal system is one of the key problems for packaging quality. Through the theoretical deduction, the movement regularity of double-crank slide composite horizontal seal mechanism has been ascertained. According to the periodic property of the horizontal seal, the repetitive control strategy has been proposed to increase the system steady-state accuracy. In addition, the design scheme of the repetitive controller has been adopted to control the horizontal seal of the BZA600 packaging machine, and all-digital AC servo electric machine system combined with control have been used as the servo control system of the horizontal seal, which can get rid of the cumulative errors of the repetitive localization control of the horizontal seal. It has been shown from the practical BZA600 system that the control strategy is appropriate and feasible.
