Abstract :
We designed and fabricated high temperature superconducting (HTS) 4-pole Tchebyshev bandpass filters (BPFs) fabricated on Ag (5 wt.%, 10 wt.%, and 20 wt.%)-doped YBa2Cu3O7-δ thin films. The measured insertion losses of the filters appeared to interrelate strongly with Ag-doping while center frequency and bandwidth exhibited little change. The filter on Ag (10 wt.%)-doped YBCO film exhibited the lowest insertion loss of 0.22 dB at 37 K at the center frequency of 11.6 GHz. The bandwidth was 400 MHz
