Abstract :
The external and internal risk of supply chain has impact on the operation of supply chain security and response to the clients´ demand. Thus, recognizing and finding the key factors for high probability of risks and serious damage aftermath, we can discover the problems and make suitable countermeasure on prevention and control, then establish the evaluation index system for the whole risk assessment of supply chains to minimize the probability of the risks and loss. The evaluation index system for the whole risk assessment of supply chains system is constructed based on the theoretical research and empirical research. The group decision-making method involved multi-expert is introduced overcoming the defect of subjective single assessment in the index weight, combining both the method for consistent judgment matrix weight and experts´ weights in group decision making. The index system is verified to be valid and practical by the empirical research.
