Abstract :
An integrated two-wavelength DBR laser consisting of two DBR lasers and a Y-branch waveguide amplifier was designed and fabricated. Laser performances of same output level of ~10 mW and side-mode suppression ratio of 30 dB, suitable for THz wave generation by photomixing, were obtained.
