Abstract :
Product quality is the result of error accumulation from multi-manufacturing processes. How to establish quality monitoring strategy and implement preventive quality control is vital to product quality. In the study of quality monitoring strategy of multi-process, the monitoring objects is limited to process level, and the error propagation among quality index is neglected. When carrying out the quality monitoring, the error propagation can bring indirect monitoring benefit. If this part of benefit is neglected, it may have adverse impacts on quality monitoring strategy establishment. In this article, the monitoring object is refined to quality indexes level, the error propagation among quality indexes and the benefit brought by it is analyzed. And then, the quality monitoring decision model base on error propagation is carried out, which is able to ensure the accordance of the quality monitoring point allocation to the overall benefits of the enterprise.
