Abstract
This paper addresses the stability and stabilization problem of a class of discrete-time linear systems with delays, under positivity restriction. A controller is designed for guaranteeing asymptotical stability and positivity of the resulted closed-loop systems. The necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of such a controller proposed in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and the method of how to figure out the controller, if it exists, is provided. In addition, some sufficient stability and stabilization conditions are also established for delayed systems with uncertainties.
