Abstract :
For the first time the results of numerical simulation of the influence of frequency fluctuations on single-mode DFB heterostructure semiconductor laser line shape under pseudorandom pumping current modulation. A new approach is applied for the analysis that has been employed earlier to calculate the dynamics and intensity fluctuations of nearly single mode lasers under pulsed operation
