A study on construction of 7-class electronic medical records system

This paper firstly discusses the significance of the construction of 7-level electronic medical records and points out that the key is the standardization and paperless of electronic medical records. Secondly,the paper puts forwards the problems to be solved in the construction of electronic medical records, such as the standardization, legal orientation, safety of electronic signature, credible time stamp, selection of organizations of digital certificate and management conception. Finally, it analyzes the solutions to the above-mentioned problems. In order to realize the standardization and paperless of electronic medical records, we should make the construction according to the standards of Ministry of Health, improve legislation, choose the right organizations of digital authentication and time stamp, develop management system of signature, renew our conception, integrate data, adopt the consultation system, effect paperless storage, make wireless treatment, set up urgent prearrangement and so on.
