  • Abstract
    The transmission of the radiation beams with inhomogeneous profile intensity along circular hollow Y-core dielectric waveguides (HDW) is studied in this paper. The numerical method of finding the beam and the waveguide relative parameters for realization of such transmission is fulfilled on the basis of input signal decomposition on the eigenmodes of the HDW. The possibility of undistorted transmission along HDW and the axisymmetrical linearly polarized radiation in the form of the different order sombrero function is shown. Conditions of shaping of the radiation beams having close uniform intensity profile on the output of the HDW at its excitation by quasi-homogeneous radiation are given
