Abstract :
The excitation systems of an electrodischarge excimer lasers is simulated by a circuit with lumped capacitances and inductances. It is necessary to note, that the excitaion system is usually designed with distributed inductances. Therefore it is expedient to study in more detail the question about the possibility of such model operation. The plan of the excitation system of an electrodischarge laser on the basis of an asymmetrical LC-contour is submitted
