Abstract
A three dimensional computational technique of heart electrical sources is developed by measuring related surface potentials at 64 points and using inverse techniques to compute the myocardium current sources. The inversion algorithm is based on the use of a finite difference solution technique of the corresponding electrostatic potential problem and an optimization algorithm to find the “best inverse solution”. A prototype clinical system has been developed and the inversion algorithm has been embedded into this
