Abstract :
Kovalevsky [8] introduced the tracing algorithm in abstract cellular complexes. In this paper we compared the algorithm with Moore´s algorithm and implemented the algorithm with MATLAB. Finally we applied the algorithm to trace the boundaries of medical images.
