Abstract :
The numerical code for simulating EH01 mode propagation in a structure composed of a dielectric grating placed on a multi-layer substrate is elaborated. The dispersion characteristics, spatial field distribution and dependence of transmission and reflection coefficients via frequency are calculated for different geometrical dimensions of the structure. A method of volume integral equations has been applied. The analytical transformation of integral equations lets us avoid singularities and reduces the problem of integrating to numerical quadrature
