Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a new class of tissue P system. A new kind of membrane structure is constructed which is different with the traditional tissue P systems. New communication rules are described. Then a clustering algorithm is designed with implementation on this P system. Finally we apply the technique in the thyroid disease data set and obtain some classification result.
