Abstract :
Conventional signal timing of traffic mainly aims at automobile vehicles, which can not reflects the pedestrian value. After an earthquake, a large number of pedestrians would find shelter for their safety, so they wanted to get to the earthquake emergency shelter in the shortest time which lead to a large number of pedestrians would gather at a Intersection. A Reasonable signal timing of traffic could evacuate people effectively to avoid crowd trample disaster. Firstly, This article analyze intersection signal timing and evacuation after earthquake, then the Main Contents, the key problem and the Technical Route after the earthquake was proposed, at last, three strategies based on the pedestrians priority was presented.
