Abstract :
Biological Information Research is widely used in development of Echinococcus Vaccine. From the genome sequencing to antigen epitope prediction, the database, compture and software connected together to provide the new idea for search and study the new gene and protein of Echinococcus, and its very useful for Antigen epitope prediction.
