  • Abstract
    In order to evaluate water supply project schemes scientifically, grey relational analysis model is applied to evaluate the project schemes. In this model, the entropy theory is applied to determine the evaluated index weight, avoiding the subjectivity. Then the evaluation model is applied to water supply project schemes. The result shows that it is coherent to the actual condition. It validates the evaluation model is simple and feasible in synthetic evaluating water supply project schemes.
