Abstract :
In order to solve the complexity field wiring problems of traditional fermentation control system, and achieve the effective monitoring about fermentation process parameter in the wireless environment. This paper introduced a red wine fermentation process monitoring technology based on ZigBee. First, analysis the principle of temperature monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless network, then design the hardware structure and related software of each node of the system. Advanced a program of wireless temperature monitoring system based on ZigBee technology. Specific uses CC2430 chip and so on, to achieve automatic detection and control of the temperature about the red wine fermentation process. Research show that, the wireless network control structure of ZigBee is simple, and the communication is flexible and convenient. It can reduce investment and human capital in red wine fermentation production, and to complete revenue and optimization the fermentation process.
