  • Abstract
    As a new mode of governance, e-government is a challenge to the traditional government management. The E-government is a deep change to the traditional management model by using modern network technology and information technology. It not only means the further disclosure and transparent of governmental management, but also means the change of traditional function and the reconstruction of the organizational structure. From global point of view, the development of e-government and government management model changes have always been associated with each other. It has the outstanding performance in the government power system reconstruction, governmental organization restructuring; the change of government management and so on. With the main issues in the building of Chinese e-government systems, the model and framework of an e-government system has been designed, which is both macro-guidance and specific system implementation for the development of Chinese e-government strategy. We explore the implementation of e-government management on China in promoting.
