Abstract :
Gearbox is a kind of complex mechanical configuration; the recent methods can´t completely represent the system characteristic of gearbox. So the paper put forward a gearbox modeling method based on N4SID model. It analyzed gearbox state from the angle of system interior description and diagnosed. It improved from result that the method can diagnose sorts of gearbox faults accurately. The method has great significance for gearbox modeling method and diagnosis technology.
