Abstract :
A high-speed processing circuit based on DSP is designed to meet the increasing demand for the reliability of the high-precision encoder, and all analog signals are acquired by AD converter. The processing circuit can timely online automatically detect, diagnose and repair the fault point in time. The time of diagnosis and maintenance is highly reduced while the reliability is enhanced. The high-precision, high-intelligence and high-reliability photoelectric encoder is achieved by this method in practical application and the expected result is obtained.
